Process
The theme of partnership takes center stage and is visualized through interlocking gears as a symbol of collaboration.
The design and production of the New Year’s card were carried out by a partner of Gietz. The areas of the image were filled with lines at different angles (0°, 45° left, 45° right, 90°) to create a microembossing effect. Only one foil color was used, which appears lighter or darker depending on the direction of the lines.
The card was produced using hot-foil embossing on the Gietz FSA 870 Compact and was then die-cut, creased, and folded.
